Great, my partners snoring was so loud, I had to wear ear plugs, and still struggled to get a nights sleep. Now she has a softer snore which I dont need ear plugs for and can sleep through the night . Her breathing has improved by 90% . Highly recommend.
Fell off the first night but holding the sticky pads down for 30 seconds works well before attaching the device. Definitely not waking up through the night and feeling less tired as a result. Only been 4 days so time will tell but the device is comfortable to use. The only annoyance is the light which is very bright.
